During the pandemic, travel agents were laid off and are hesitant to return to their previous employers, opting to become their own boss. The travel industry has rebounded, making travel agents more in demand than ever.
Introducing a new travel platform, designed for outsourcing, editorial storytelling, and inspiring luxury travelers. Lucia allows travel agents/companies to solve their labor issues, while elevating the itinerary building process.

Lucia’s software platform enables luxury agents to create compelling travel experiences, increase revenue generation and focus on customer satisfaction.
The platform allows travel agents to create their own itineraries and share them with their clients. Travel agents can add bookings and edit the information to build a unique itinerary. All the images and texts need to reflect the quality of the service, and it has to resonate with the luxury audience—That's why we have a supplier database preloaded in Lucia. Also, travel advisors can upload their suppliers and save the information for later.
Lucia lets travel advisors know upcoming trips, when, and how long they are traveling for, etc. Also, itineraries are automatically exported to google calendar once approved.
Each itinerary has its profile and is open for collaboration with invite links. Users can edit and add bookings to the itinerary. Also, they can pick from a selection of beautiful themes.
Lucia also offers a live concierge marketplace that can complete requests such as restaurant reservations, hotel quotes, and flight research.
The company is now valued at $6M.
Client raised $1M investment with minimum viable product. There are now 1,000 travel advisors in line to be onboard at launch.
